Observation deck at Palm Jumeirah
If you want to visit The View at the Palm observatory, your adventure starts at the Nakheel Mall where the entrance to The View at the Palm is located. After ticket control you enter an interactive corridor where you walk through an artificial aquarium, after that it is time to see how the Palm Island was built and you get an interactive look at the construction of the island. While you wait, the island is literally sprayed with sand at your feet.
After the introduction and explanation about the construction of the island, it is time to take the interactive elevator up to the 52nd floor of the Palm Tower. During the 45-second journey to the top, you will be treated to a 360-degree interactive sea, sand and sky experience in the elevator through the screens on the walls, floor and ceiling.
Arriving on the 52nd floor at a height of 240 meters, you can enjoy the 360-degree view of Dubai, the Palm Island and the Persian Gulf on the outdoor terrace. The Palm Tower
The Palm Tower is the tallest building on Palm Jumeirah and is part of the Nakheel Mall. Beside to the viewpoint, the Palm Tower also houses the luxurious 5-star hotel The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. The hotel has 290 rooms and is located on the 1st to 18th floors of the tower. The Palm Tower Residences contain 432 luxury apartments on the 19th to 47th floors.
On the 50th floor of the Palm Tower you will find another attraction of the tower, the Aura SkyPool Lounge with one of the highest infinity pools in Dubai and the only 360 degree infinity pool in the world. Here you can swim while enjoying the panoramic view of Dubai. On the 51st floor you will find the SUSHISAMBA restaurant where you can taste unique dishes from Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine. The View At The Palm – The Next Level
Do you think the 52nd floor is not high enough? Then there is another option to get even higher in the Palm Tower. In addition to the normal viewpoint on the 52nd floor, there is also a smaller viewpoint on the 54th floor of the tower, right at the top of the tower. From The View at the Palm – The Next Level you have the most beautiful panoramic view of the Palm Jumeirah island and the skyline of Dubai. Where with the normal View at the Palm the view is partly blocked by the glass walls and iron columns, with The Next Level you only have a glass wall at hip height in front of you so that you have nothing in front of you and you can enjoy the view without limits.
The luxury the Next Level costs more and you can upgrade it to a VIP experience, where normal access to The View at the Palm starts at 27 US Dollar, a ticket for The Next Level costs around 47 US Dollar per person. For this you get Fast track access and an incredible panoramic view from the tip of the Palm Tower and the highest point on the Palm Jumeirah island. Tickets for The View at the Palm
Do you want to enjoy a unique view of the palm island? Then you need a ticket for The View at the Palm. You can book this online at the GetYourGuide website, at the Tiqets website or buy it at the ticket office of the attraction. Due to the popularity of the attraction, it is advisable to purchase your tickets early via the internet. This way you avoid disappointment that the attraction is sold out when you want to visit the tower. Only a limited number of people are allowed to visit The View at the Palm per time slot, otherwise the attraction will become too busy. Tickets sell out quickly, especially during the popular times around sunset.
There are two types of regular tickets for The View at the Palm. A distinction is made between a visit during peak hours (prime hour) and outside peak hours (non-prime hour). The attraction is open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Peak hours are between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM around sunset. The non-peak times are between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM and between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Fast track ticket View at the Palm Dubai
Beside to the normal ticket, you can also purchase a special fast track ticket for The View At The Palm and the Next Level at an additional cost, which gives you the opportunity to bypass the queues at the entrance, elevator and exit. This can save you a lot of time, especially during the busy hours around sunset. At the entrance there is a special entrance for fast-track tickets that allows you to skip the sometimes long line for the elevator and directly use the elevator that takes you to the 52nd floor and the stairs you can take to look at the 54th floor.

How do you get to the View at the Palm?
The View at the Palm is located in the Nakheel Mall shopping center on the Palm Jumeirah Island. There are several ways to travel to the Nakheel Mall, you can easily get there by car thanks to its location along the main road on the palm island. Parking is available in the shopping center’s underground parking garage, which has room for 4,000 cars. You can also take a taxi to the shopping center, almost every taxi driver in Dubai knows where to find the shopping center. Are you done shopping? Then you can take a taxi at the taxi pick-up point.
The entrance to The View at the Palm is located in the shopping center, on the 2nd floor. In the shopping center you can follow the signs to the entrance of The View at the Palm.
The View at the Palm is open daily, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM with last admission at 9:00 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays, the Palm Jumeirah viewing platform is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM with the last entry at 11:00 PM. The Sunrise sessions where you can watch the sunrise are every Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
Palm Jumeirah Monorail
The Nakheel Mall is also accessible via the Palm Jumeirah Monorail. The mall has its own monorail station, the Nakheel Mall station. Via the Nakheel Mall station you can easily walk into the Nakheel Mall shopping center from the monorail station. The striking Palm Tower is built on top of the Nakheel Mall shopping center. In this tower you can enjoy an amazing view from the 240 meter high viewing platform.
The route of the monorail runs over the entire trunk of the palm island up to and including the Atlantis hotel. The starting station of the monorail is the Gateway Towers station which is located on the mainland, right next to the Royal Mirage Hotel. the end station of the monorail is at the Atlantis The Palm hotel at the tip of the island. From the starting station, the monorail takes you to the end station at Atlantis The Palm in about 10 minutes.

The monorail is not included in the day tickets and NOL cards of public transport in Dubai, so separate tickets must be purchased. Tickets for a ride on the monorail can be purchased at Gateway Towers and Atlantis stations or on the Palm Jumeirah Monorail website. A return trip by monorail to the terminal station at Atlantis Aquaventure costs 30 dirhams per person, converted to 7,40 US Dollar, a single trip to the terminal station costs 20 dirhams.
