Souk Al Marfa is located off the coast of Dubai, on the artificial Deira Islands island. This 1.9 kilometer long souk and market hall offers a wide range of unique items including handmade lamps, spices from all over the world, (Persian) carpets in all shapes and sizes, authentic fashion and much more. In total there are more than 1000 different shops in the enormous market hall complex.

The Soul Al Marfa is the largest souk market hall in the United Arab Emirates and has more than 1,000 shops in a covered market hall with air conditioning. Due to its location directly on the water and the construction with all kinds of small kiosks under one roof, there is a unique and cozy atmosphere in the souk. Beside to hundreds of shops, you can also enjoy delicious food in one of the many fast-food restaurants where almost the entire world cuisine is available.

Where to find the Souk Al Marfa?
The Souk Al Marfa is centrally located on the new Deira Islands island just off the coast of Dubai. The souk is located near the old heart of Dubai where you can find the Gold Souk and the Dubai Creek.
If you want to visit the Souk Al Marfa, you can travel to the souk by taxi in Dubai, but you can also opt for the RTA buses. RTA buses (bus line SMD #01) run daily from Gold Souk to Souk Al Marfa between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. You can also travel to the Souk Al Marfa via the water with the Dubai Ferry. The ferries sail to Souk Al Marfa between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
From various hotels in Deira, including the Hyatt Regency Dubai, Ibis Deira City Centre, Pullman Dubai Creek City Center and the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, a free shuttle service runs every two hours between 9:30 AM and 8:30 PM to the Souk Al Marfa.
