The tour tickets only give access to the 25th floor and the Inside Burj Al Arab areas. Have you opted for an optional lunch or dinner? That will starts 2 hours after the chosen start time of the tour of the Burj Al Arab. It is not allowed to consume outside food and drinks during the tour. Make sure not to interfere with other guests in the hotel during the tour. You are expected at the ticket lounge 15 minutes before your tour starts.
