Dubai Water Canal
The Dubai Water Canal is the newest waterway in Dubai. The canal was constructed in 2013 to connect the lake at Business Bay with the Safa Park, the Dubai Creek and the Persian Gulf, effectively creating one large waterway in the center of Dubai. The construction of the Dubai Water Canal has created one large island in Dubai, including Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.
During the dinner cruise on the Dubai Canal you will also sail under the striking Dubai Canal Waterfall bridge, a meters-wide colored waterfall built on the new Sheik Zayed Road viaduct. The waterfall is equipped with an innovative detection system that causes the waterfall to temporarily stop flowing when a boat arrives.
As you cruise along the Dubai Water Canal you can enjoy the buffet and view some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks including the world’s tallest building and the JW Marquis Hotel, the world’s tallest hotel.
