AURA SkyPool – the highest 360° Infinity Pool in the world

On the famous Palm Jumeirah island in Dubai you will find an amazing infinity pool, the AURA SkyPool. The infinity pool hangs 200 meters in the air, making it the highest 360 degree infinity pool in the world. That in itself is not surprising, because the AURA SkyPool is the only 360-degree infinity pool in the world. The swimming pool is located in the Palm Tower on the famous Palm Island and is part of the super-deluxe The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm 5 star hotel.

Because the infinity pool hangs more than 200 meters above the ground, the pool offers a fantastic view over the iconic skyline of Dubai. From the infinity pool you have a view of the Palm Jumeirah island, the Burj Al Arab, the Ain Dubai and the Burj Khalifa.

How to get to AURA SkyPool

The AURA SkyPool is located above the Nakheel Mall and is easily accessible thanks to its location in the middle of the palm island next to the main road. You can easily get there by car and park in the shopping center’s underground parking garage. This parking garage has space for 4000 cars. You can also take a taxi to the mall or take the entrance of the Palm Tower, almost every taxi driver in Dubai knows where to find the mall and the Palm Tower.

Palm Jumeirah Monorail
The Palm Tower is also accessible via the Palm Monorail. The Nakheel Mall has its own monorail station, the Nakheel Mall station. By the Nakheel Mall station you can easily enter the Nakheel Mall shopping center and walk to the Palm Tower. The striking Palm Tower is built on top of the Nakheel Mall shopping center.

The monorail runs over the entire trunk of the palm island up to the Atlantis hotel. The start station of the monorail is the Gateway Towers station. This station is located on the mainland, right next to the Royal Mirage Hotel. The terminal station of the monorail is at the Atlantis The Palm hotel on the tip of the island. From the start station to the end station, it is a 10 minutes ride. More information about the monorail can be read at our Palm Jumeirah Monorail station page.

The monorail is not covered by the day tickets and NOL cards of public transport in Dubai, so separate tickets have to be bought. Tickets for a monorail ride are available at Gateway Towers and Atlantis stations or on the Palm Jumeirah Monorail website. A return ticket with the monorail to the terminal station at Atlantis hotel costs 30 dirhams per person, converted about 8 US Dollar, a single journey to the terminal station costs 20 dirhams about 5,50 US Dollar.
